I signed up for Social Fitness and it exceeded my expectations. The sessions included a variety of activities like Stand up paddle, yoga, hikes and outdoor workouts. I thought it was super cool to actually workout on SUP boards. Praise is extremely good at explaining the techniques to get you up and paddling with ease. As for the workouts in the park, they were great! We always had a group so there were fun teamwork exercises and some that boasted a little competition. Really an amazing blend of activity. If you’re looking for a different way to exercise and have fun this is easily the best option.
